Finishing
Carry out a gentle steaming to shape the garment before washing. Wash lightly in warm water to stabilize sizing and minimize shrinkage. Use a soft spin cycle and tumble dry at no more than 60–70°C. When pressing, use abundant steam. It’s essential to run dedicated tests on your own knitted fabrics before beginning full-scale production, as results will vary based on your machinery, tension settings, and stitch type.
Stripes & Intarsio
Ask for a purpose specific dyeing when ordering yarn. For contrasting coloured sweaters, wash in water adding up to 10% of acetic acid, without using neither siliconic nor basic softeners.
